This policy explains how Hatch Labs Technologies, a sole establishment licensed by the Department of Economy and Tourism, Dubai (License No. 992837) ("Hatch Labs", "we", "us") handles personal information when you use our website and our apps (Expensly, Toon Series, MyBloomBoard, Haqq, Daily Twin and TrendAura). Some apps have additional privacy details shown on their App Store page or inside the app; where they differ, the app-specific details apply to that app.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: for example your email address when you contact us or create an account, and content you choose to enter into an app.
- Purchase information: subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google. We receive confirmation of your purchase status, not your card details.
- Usage and diagnostic data: basic, aggregated information such as crash reports and feature usage, used to keep our apps working well.
How we use information
- To provide, maintain and improve our apps and website.
- To process subscriptions and restore purchases.
- To respond to support requests and send important service messages.
- To keep our services secure and prevent misuse.
We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to run our services, such as cloud hosting and databases, subscription management, analytics and AI processing for features that require it. They process data only on our instructions and for the purposes above.
Storage and retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed to provide the service or meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, and you can delete your account where an app offers one. Email hello@hatchlabstech.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Children
Our apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
