These terms govern your use of the website hatchlabstech.com and the apps published by Hatch Labs Technologies, a sole establishment licensed by the Department of Economy and Tourism, Dubai (License No. 992837) (Expensly, Toon Series, MyBloomBoard, Haqq, Daily Twin and TrendAura). By using them, you agree to these terms.
Using our apps
We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use our apps on devices you own or control, in line with these terms and the rules of the App Store or Google Play. Apps downloaded from the Apple App Store are also subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse our services, break the law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer our apps.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you create. You give us permission to process it only as needed to run the features you use.
AI features
Some apps use artificial intelligence. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. Haqq provides general legal information, not legal advice, and is not a substitute for a qualified lawyer.

Disclaimer and liability
Our apps are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Hatch Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our services.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.
